Join us for a fun, creative glass fusing workshop at Chester Art Hub in Hoole.
 
Create your own quirky fused glass jellyfish picture bursting with colour and character.
 
You'll have the opportunity to learn how to cut glass safely and confidently, allowing you to create your own unique design. Full step-by-step guidance is provided throughout.
 
If you prefer not to cut your own glass, a full selection of pre-cut peices will be available, making this workshop suitable for complete beginners as well as those looking to develop their glass fusing skills.
 
You will bring your jellyfish to life using flowing threads of vitrigraph glass stringers, perfect for tentacles for your one-of-a-kind jellyfish.
 
Your finished piece will be on a 30cm x 13cm fused glass panel.
The finished piece is unframed.
Suitable frames are readily available to buy from lots of places but if you prefer to reveive your finished piece framed, you can pay an additional £12 on the day.
 
Our purpose-built creative studio in Hoole, Chester is flooded with natural light - the perfect setting to unwind, chat, and immerse yourself in colour and creativity. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and fun.
 
Tea, coffee, cold drinks and cake are provided.
 
Spaces are limited to just 8 participants, so early booking is recommended.
 
Chester Art Hub is a brand new creative space on Hoole Road, CH2 3NU (near the United Reformed church).
 
There is easy, unrestricted on-street parking outside and level access for good accessibility. Please get in touch if you have any specific accessibility requirements.

Your work will be kiln-fired after the workshop ready for collection within 2 weeks. You will be contacted when your pieces are ready to collect.
